Castle Boulevard has not escaped Nottingham’s regeneration. Park rock, 38 ‘design winners 2004’ award wining luxury apartments have been built. Bona and Berry Ltd/ manufactured and  installed all the windows and doors using SAPA’s aluminium profiles.

This prestigious project is on the site of the medieval church of St. Mary Le Roche, which had fallen into industrial use and a series of caves dug under the sandstone, which dates back to the mid-thirteenth century underwent an exclusive archaeological dig. These caves along with a Victorian rock garden which was uncovered has been restored as part of the development. The project architects were Letts Wheeler, the main contractor was G F Tomlinson Building Ltd, and the developer was Braemore Properties Ltd.
